This could be to do with the chair you sit in, being more ergonomic, as well as ensuring everything is in an easy-to-reach place. There are warning signs you can look out for, including chest pain, nausea, or pain in the arm, jaw, or back. If you are constantly feeling tired or sweaty, then this could also be a sign. There are ways you can manage heart disease to best prevent it early. Some of the most effective ways include quitting bad habits such as smoking and alcohol, or at least cutting down on them.
You can also help boost your heart by looking at what you are eating. This will include engaging with a diet high in fruits and vegetables, whilst also being low in saturated fat and salt.
