Cardinal Ritter Senior Services Grace, Faith, Michael and Gabriel Communities at Mother of Perpetual Help

Our four memory care communities within Mother of Perpetual Help offer secure environments with dedicated, specially trained staff and dementia-specific activities programs. Our two newest communities – Michael and Gabriel – provide an intimate setting to look and feel more like home, with open living areas and family-style meals in a central dining room. We offer individualized, personal care assistance, medication management and administration, and supervised and safe outdoor areas.
