Here at Palomar Heights Post Acute Rehab, we offer Skilled Nursing care as well as Skilled Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology services 7 days a week as needed. Our large gym is well equipped including an Omnicycle, Short Wave Diathermy, E-Stim, and Ultra Sound modalities to meet all of you and/or your loved one’s Skilled Rehabilitation needs. Additional amenities include private rooms (as needed/available), breathtaking hilltop views, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and telephone services giving you a feeling of home.
