Colonial Gardens
Colonial Gardens is a small, homelike residence that is designed exclusively for Seniors with Alzheimer's and other related memory impairments. Our expansive properties include large, shaded back yards and gardens that eliminate the feel of a "secured community." With 20 residents maximum per building, we are able to personalize each Resident's care plan according to their individual needs and abilities whilst encouraging independence and participation.
