Brooksby Village offers long-term nursing care, outpatient and short-term rehabilitation. Rates cover private rooms, medication management, housekeeping, cable and more. Full-time on-site doctors, nurses, and therapists specialize in the needs of older adults including, physical, speech, and occupational therapists. Our integrated health and wellness model means you can transition to outpatient rehabilitation (if appropriate) when your post-acute therapy is complete. Rooms feature in-room dining, abundant light, and a half bathroom. Brooksby Village provides quality around-the-clock nursing care during a rehabilitation stay or for an extended period, if needed.
