Allegiant Wellness and Rehab is a 5-star facility located in South Fort Worth. Our 60 bed, short-stay transitional care center has all the amenities and services for optimal healing. Our beautifully designed rehab suites are equipped with walk-in showers, satellite TVs, wi-fi and complemented by a 4000 sq. ft. rehab gym where therapy is offered daily. Our menus offer selections of food made from scratch. All of this to provide a quick and safe transition home.
