Online advertising with big sites, like Google, Facebook, Bing, and others can be a bit intimidating. From the many terms like remarketing, retargeting, native advertising & acronyms like SEO, SEM, PPC, CPA, SERP, etc.. many small business owners and scared away from online advertising options.
I was asked to speak on this topic & put together the following presentation to define some types of online ads, payment options, and campaigns.

Online Traffic in August

Traffic in August was up 6% to almost 50,00 sessions, with organic up 8% (75% of traffic).
Mobile traffic is up 5% to almost 16,000 sessions/month.
We also saw the second straight month of big increases to Information Request Forms (up 23%), Brochure Views (up 9%), Virtual Tours (up 151%) & Photo Gallery Views (up 49%).
Views the digital guides were up 9% to almost 1500.
Make sure you are making the most of these online views with a link to your site to drive traffic & pictures (2nd most requested thing on our site). The #1 most requested item on our site continue to be pricing. Your potential clients want to know if they can afford your services.
All online advertising include the email form (information request form) and online leads.
We also offer online only advertising.
For more information on any of these options, please contact us.
DIY Banner Ads

Banner Ads are one of the options we offer to senior living & care service providers, along with senior related products.
According to Wikipedia, “A form of online advertising, the web banner, or banner ad, entails embedding an advertisement into a web page. It is intended to attract traffic to a website by linking to the website of the advertiser.”
You can see some good examples at https://designschool.canva.com/blog/banner-ads/.
Some of our clients have ad agencies or creative departments who create these ads for them and have a library to choose from. But many of our clients are smaller businesses without this support. Not to fear though, just like creating videos, you can create a professional banner for your business in 10-30 mins. for free, without a design degree or expensive software. Like almost everything else out there now, there are numerous sites that offer banner creation for free. Some I have used include:
But there are many more. Just Google “Free Banner Ad Creation.”
From there, the wizard will walk you thru choosing a template, adding a background color, your logo or image, text, etc. It’s pretty easy. Just know what size you need. Your goal is to keep it simple, one message to drive the click. Once you are happy with your creation, you can save it and send it to your media source with the link URL (where you want the users to go when they click).
If you are interested in a banner ad on our site, ask for pricing. It’s a great way to get views in another search category or area.
