VITAS has been caring for seriously ill patients and their families for more than four decades. Our interdisciplinary hospice teams care for our community’s seriously ill patients and their families. We tailor our hospice services to each patient’s needs, family situation and underlying traditions. Most care is provided in patient’s homes, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We educate family caregivers and provide 24/7 telephone access to VITAS clinicians for questions and crises. At VITAS, we’re always available.
