The Pointe at Eastgate was McHenry County's first Supportive Living Facility. We realize that seniors need change physically and financially. As a licensed "Supportive Living Facility", we work with residents and families to ensure their financial situation is secure. Eastgate's services are similar to those of Assisted Living, but we are different because we are Medicaid certified. This ensures residents can continue to reside with us when their financial situation changes. Eastgate provides care and lifestyle services to seniors in a unique setting.
