Our integrated health and wellness model means you can seamlessly transition, if clinically appropriate, to outpatient rehabilitation when your post-acute therapy is complete. Private suites feature in-room dining, an abundance of light, and a full bathroom. Highland Springs provides quality around-the-clock nursing care during a rehabilitation stay or for an extended period.
