UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health, LP is a limited partnership between the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Together, the two organizations bring over 40 years of home health experience to the communities we serve. UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health covers ten counties in Pennsylvania and four in Ohio with an average daily census of 2,700 patients. Three main branches are located in Allegheny, Butler and Mercer counties in Pennsylvania and a submit unit is located in Trumbull County, Ohio. Our organization makes over 386,000 visits per year and is Medicare certified in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
