| Home Health Agency | Home Care | A Home Health Agency includes a person that provides or offers to provide only home health services for compensation. Home health services include the following: nursing treatment and procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, home health aide services, and other therapeutic services. |
| Hospice | Hospice | Hospice Care is a public agency or private organization or subdivision of either of these that is primarily engaged in providing care to terminally ill individuals. |
| Nursing Facility/Long Term Care | Nursing | A Nursing Facility is an institution which is primarily engaged in providing to residents: skilled nursing care and related services for residents who require medical or nursing care, rehabilitation services for the rehabilitation of injured, disabled, elderly or sick persons, or on a regular basis, health-related care and services to individuals who because of their mental or physical condition require care and services which can be made available to them only through institutional facilities, and is not primarily for the care and treatment of mental diseases. |

There is an overall general supervision of health care, medications, and diets as defined in the written policies of the facility. |
