News Release For Immediate Release
Dallas, Texas - January 30, 2008 - New LifeStyles, Inc. acquired the web hosting business and related websites developed by AGIS Network, formerly AssistGuide, Inc., on November 16, 2007. These websites are primarily in the care provider industry. New LifeStyles will host and maintain these websites, offering all of the companies access to the traffic of New LifeStyles’ award-winning website. New LifeStyles will provide other services, such as website design, email hosting, and online marketing assistance. Personnel from AGIS Network will be joining New LifeStyles to ensure continuity, excellent customer support and future site design enhancements. AGIS Network is heavily involved in the transition, and, with their help, customers should experience a seamless transition. Kevin Sypniewski, President/CEO of AGIS, notes, “Over the last few years, AGIS’s business has transitioned more towards the AGIS.com portal and driving eldercare awareness through employers. AGIS wants to make sure its website clients have a focused leader to turn to within the LTC marketing and website industry. New LifeStyles is that company.” “New LifeStyles looks forward to this opportunity,” explained Doug Fusella, President and COO of New LifeStyles, “We plan on bringing great customer service, innovative web design options and increased exposure to our clients.” “This acquisition enhances New LifeStyles’ online presence and fits with our strategy to grow our web offerings to further complement our highly successful print product.” Fusella continued, “We are excited to offer more options to our existing customer base and our new clients.”
