Where can I find nursing home ratings/inspections?
State inspections should be available at all nursing homes. You can ask to view them. Inspections should also be available from each state. Click here to view state licensing information. To find detailed reports, ratings, rankings, graphics and analysis of every Medicare or Medicaid certified Nursing Home in the USA, visit our partner, Care Pathways.

How do I apply for Medicare/Medicaid?
To apply for Medicare, contact the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 or visit or call your local Social Security office. To apply for Medicaid contact your local Department of Social Services.

How do I find low income housing?
For information on low income housing contact U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at (202) 708-1112 or visit their website at www.hud.gov.

How do I get more information on a community/agency (rent/rates, availability, services offered, etc…)?

How can I get my community/agency listed in your publication/on your website?
New LifeStyles is a comprehensive guide, listing all state-licensed senior housing and care options nationwide. If your business is licensed by the state and does not appear in our database (click here to search), fax a copy of your license (not a business license, the license from the state) to 214-515-9202 along with the address, phone number, etc...If you have multiple branches, but only one is licensed, only that location will be listed free of charge. How do I make changes to my listing/ad?
Email or fax your changes to NewLife@NewLifeStyles.com or 214-515-9202 or from our homepage visit the Client Area to request a login. Obtaining a login gives you access to change your online listing description. You can also submit a new description at http://www.newlifestyles.com/clients/advertising_forms.aspx. If you need immediate help please call 800-869-9549.

Can I pay my invoice by credit card or online?

Where are your guides distributed?
Our guides are distributed at hospitals through discharge planners and social workers, at numerous physician’s offices, medical clinics, many retirement and assisted living communities and nursing homes, churches, senior centers, libraries, senior fairs and events, etc... Our guides are also available free of charge by calling 800-820-3013 or online. For a complete distribution list for your area, contact your area sales director.
