Lemon Grove Care & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in Lemon Grove, CA. Our unique building offers a continuum of care, which allows us to address our residents needs emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally.

Lemon Grove Care & Rehabilitation Center offers a full compliment of nursing services and therapies including physical, occupational, and speech; as well as intravenous (IV) therapies and specialized wound care. Our residents (patients) include people recovering from the debilitating effects of stroke, orthopedic injury, surgery, pneumonia, or other serious injuries and illnesses. Additionally, our facility has a 24-bed secured, Dementia Care unit for persons who are at risk of wandering away from their homes due to the effects of Alzheimer’s disease. Lemon Grove Care & Rehab also maintains close working relationships with community hospice organizations to provide respite care and end of life comfort and care.

Lemon Grove Care & Rehabilitation Center accepts Medicare, MediCal, and most insurance and HMO plans. We have an open medical staff and all area physicians are welcome to follow their patients.

Our in house rehabilitation therapy team offers care for residents after hospitalization for surgery, or a serious illness. Our goal is to help residents recover so they can return safely home.
