To search this site for housing, care, products, or services using the basic search function, simply follow the three easy steps below. We also offer an Advanced Search option that allows you to conduct a more detailed search.

Conducting A Search
Step 1:
From the Provider Search page, select a location from the pull down menus that corresponds with a region on the map. If you don't see the area you are looking for, try our Advanced Search.

Step 2:
Select the type of housing, care, product, or service you need from the corresponding pull down menu.

Step 3:
Conduct your search by clicking the "Search" button. If you make a mistake, you may click the "Reset" button to clear the form and begin again.

Search Results
If your search was successful, the results will be listed as shown in the example below. This page displays the name and icons that tell you what information is available; for example, links to web sites, e-mail forms, online tours, etc. A link is also provided to add a community/agency to your personalized "My List" section.

We use several abbreviations throughout the web site. For a list of these abbreviations and their meanings, please refer to our Glossary of Terms.
