CCNRC Family of Care serves mentally and/or physically disabled individuals over the age of 16. This includes participants who are impaired and may be socially isolated and need a safe and structured environment during the day. Our special secured Alzheimer’s Unit provides a stable, daily routine with therapeutic activities in a secured caring environment. Daily transportation is available for participants on wheelchair lift vans.
