Huguley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located serving the southwest Tarrant and Johnson County areas for over 20 years providing 24 hour nursing care in short term rehab and long term care. Our clinical team strives to help our residents achieve the highest level of independence utilizing a team consisting of physical, speech and occupational therapists, wound care, dietician, social worker services, and activities in a home-like setting with individualized therapy sessions and physician directed plans of care.
