Eastside Rehab and Living Center accommodates 67 residents. We offer short-term rehabilitation, complex medical care, skilled nursing services, respite, and traditional long-term care. We specialize in the treatment of respiratory or breathing diseases and/or disorders. Utilizing a team approach, we develop individualized plans of care for each patient or resident with a goal of restoring health and function to the fullest extent possible.
