Our healthcare center accommodates 72 residents. Augusta Rehabilitation Center offers a continuum of healthcare services including respite, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are proud to have a dedicated team of veteran healthcare professionals on hand. This group establishes a plan of care upon admission that includes the resident and family. Our goal is to care for the medical, psychosocial and emotional needs of your loved one, addressing all aspects of his or her care and well being. Augusta Rehab is dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid.
