Applewood Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 72-bed center decorated in a country theme and located on spacious grounds in a rural residential area. We provide short-term rehabilitation and
long-term care with on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy. We also provide out-patient rehabilitation for those needing to continue their therapy services or for individuals living in the community. Applewood Care is the proud recipient of the Step 1 and 2 Quality Award from the American Health Care Association.
