Dover Rehab is a provider of postacute services in the greater New Hampshire Seacoast area. We accommodate 112 residents and are licensed by the state of New Hampshire. We employ nearly 150 licensed nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals, who strive to provide quality care. The goal of our patient service model is to bridge the gap between hospitalization and home so that recovery and physical functioning are maximized and hospital re-admission is minimized. We are dually certified by Medicare and Medicaid.
