The Southwest Family YMCA has operated a medical model adult day program since 1992. The center is open from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon-Fri. Services include but are not limited to: Medication management (RN on staff full-time) Geriatric Massage Therapy
Warm Water Arthritis Class Individual and small group swimming Daily activities (both mental and physical activities) Interaction with infants and pre-school children from day care located in the same building YMCA van transportation Daily
flexibility and range of motion exercise class
