Two adult day care centers are designed to meet the needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, or Parkinson’s disease. Members receive socialization, cognitive programming, assistance with daily living skills and Kosher meals. Caregivers are offered encouragement through education and weekly support groups. Other Kramer Agency services include Home Health Care, Kosher Meals-on-Wheels, the Homebound Mitzvah Program, community based volunteer programs and community education. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
