Brian Center - Spruce Pine is a 137 bed nursing facility located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We provide 24 hour nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as short term placements. Our beautifully landscaped gardens include a cascading waterfall and a covered gazebo for your enjoyment. We provide transportation to appointments and activities.
