We are located in East Providence, RI and we are a proud recipient of a 2006 American Health Care Association Quality Award. We provide medical management and long-term care through comprehensive skilled and post-acute nursing services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services from an onsite dedicated staff of therapists. We are fully accredited. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care.
