Active Day Medical Adult Day care provides services for seniors and other adults with special needs who may need assistance during the day. We provide nursing care, rehabilitation, snacks, a hot meal, and daily activities designed to help our clients be as independent as possible. We accept Medicaid through Community Long Term Care, VA, Long Term Care Insurance, and self pay in addition to some local grants. Please call or stop by and tour our center for more information.
