Pathways Community Hospice cares for the patient and family dealing with terminal illness. Emphasis is placed on improving the quality of life through symptom management, pain control and compassionate support in the comfort of the patient’s home or nursing home.
A team of qualified professionals and experienced volunteers specialize in easing the physical, emotional and spiritual pain that often accompanies a terminal illness. Services include: professional nursing, coordination of medications, medical equipment and supplies, therapies for palliative care and more.
The Hospice Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
