The Adult Day Center of the VNA of Somerset Hills provides daytime programming for frail and chronically disabled older adults in Somerset & Morris Counties; a dignified alternative to premature institutionalization for those elderly needing supervision. Members are offered social activities and companionship to help reduce loneliness and isolation. Health monitoring, nutritious meals and snacks, exercise and recreational activities are also provided, giving caregivers the comfort of knowing that their loved one is being cared for in a welcoming and supportive environment while they carry out daily tasks.
