Somerset Hills Hospice focuses on comfort, support and dignity of both the patient and family during the course of a terminal illness, with emphasis on the management of pain and relief symptoms. Our Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, pastoral counselors, trained volunteers and as needed home health aides, rehabilitation specialists and dietitians. Teams make regular visits and are on-call for an emergency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
