Our interdisciplinary team of professionals and all support staff work closely with the attending physician and family to establish goals that help reach and maintain an optimal level of functioning. Our Progressive Care Center offers large semi-private rooms complete with individual phones, TV, private shower and heating/AC unit. We are a managed care provider as well as Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran’s Administration and other insurance providers.
