For nearly 40 years, we have been providing quality and affordable housing for low income adults, age 62 and older, throughout Worcester county and in parts of northern Middlesex County. Studio and one bedroom apartments make independent living easy and low cost. All units are subsidized. Income eligibility requirements exist.
