The new Rehabilitation Center at Heartland features three state-of-the-art therapy gyms specializing in Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies. The unique facility opened in March 2005 and offers 41 private rooms with baths in a quiet, but motivational environment. In addition to rehab services, Heartland continues to provide skilled nursing and long term care in the separate 121-bed Nursing Care Unit.
